100DayFit ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Exercise Data

The App stores fitness data you create, including:

• Exercise completion records (reps, duration)
• Daily progress and goals
• Streak information

Camera and Motion Data

• Camera: Used only for real-time exercise detection (push-ups, plank). Images are processed on-device and never stored or transmitted.
• Motion Sensors: Used only for exercise detection (pull-ups, bar hangs). Data is processed on-device only.

Strava Integration (Optional)

If you connect to Strava:

• We store your Strava authentication tokens securely on your device
• We upload workout summaries you choose to share
• We do not access your other Strava data

How We Use Your Information

• Track your fitness progress over the 100-day challenge
• Calculate and display your goals
• Enable social features (if you opt in)
• Upload workouts to Strava (if you connect)

Data Storage

• Local Storage: Exercise data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• Cloud Sync: If enabled, data syncs via iCloud (Apple's servers)

Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Access your camera images or store them

We may share data with:

• Strava: Only workout summaries you explicitly choose to upload
• Apple: For iCloud sync and App Store services

Your Rights

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Deletion: Delete the app to remove all local data
• Disconnect: Revoke Strava access at any time in Settings

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date.
