How does AI exercise detection work?

For push-ups and plank, place your phone on the ground facing up. The camera tracks your face distance to count reps or time. For pull-ups and bar hangs, keep your phone in your pocket - it uses motion sensors to detect movement.

Can I track exercises manually?

Yes! Every exercise can be tracked manually using the tap counters or timer. You can switch between AI and Manual mode at any time.

How do I connect to Strava?

Go to Settings > Strava and tap "Connect to Strava". You'll be asked to authorize 100DayFit. Once connected, you can upload completed workouts from the Today screen.

How do I change my goals?

Go to Settings and tap on any exercise to edit your goal. Changes apply to today and future days.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your progress is tracked daily. If you miss a day, you can continue the next day. The challenge is about building a habit over 100 days, not perfection!

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings > Subscription and tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
