- Exercise Data: Your daily exercise completions, intervals, and progress. This is stored locally on your device only.
- Preferences: Your timer settings, sound preferences, and reminder settings, stored locally.
What We Don't Collect
- Personal information (name, email, etc.)
- Health data transmitted to external servers
- Location data
- Usage analytics
- Any data transmitted to our servers
Data Storage
All exercise data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. We do not have servers that receive or store your information. Your health-related exercise data never leaves your device.
Apple Watch
If you use the Apple Watch app (Pro feature), exercise data is synced between your iPhone and Watch using Apple's built-in Watch Connectivity framework. This data never leaves your devices.
Third-Party Services
- Apple StoreKit: Used for in-app purchases. Apple handles all payment processing.
- Apple Notifications: Used for smart reminders. Notification scheduling is handled locally on your device.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information and is suitable for users of all ages.
