Tap the play button to start. The timer will guide you through alternating squeeze and rest intervals. Green means squeeze, red means rest. The number shows how many seconds are left in the current interval.
Go to the Settings tab to adjust your long interval timer, short interval timer, rest periods between intervals, and how many sets you want to complete each day.
Long intervals involve holding the squeeze for a longer period (e.g., 10 seconds), while short intervals are quick pulses (e.g., 1-2 seconds). The app alternates between both types for a complete workout.
Go to Settings and turn on "Smart Reminders". The app will learn from your exercise habits and remind you at optimal times if you haven't completed your daily goal.
Yes! The Apple Watch app is included with Pro. After purchasing Pro, the Watch app will automatically sync with your iPhone. You can complete exercises directly from your wrist.
On the Progress tab, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the Pro upgrade screen. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The Progress tab (Pro feature) shows your daily completion history as a bar chart and today's progress as a pie chart. You can also see your current streak and longest streak of consecutive days.
