Keggle Kounter is a pelvic floor exercise timer and tracker application for iOS and Apple Watch that guides users through Kegel exercises with customizable intervals and tracks daily progress.

The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Pro features through in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Pro features include progress charts, streak tracking, and Apple Watch support.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Listen to your body and stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for any illegal purpose
