Terms of Service - Pitch Path

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pitch Path ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pitch Path is an ear training app for musicians. Features include:

Interval training on guitar fretboard or piano keyboard
Pitch recognition with chord-based calibration
Progressive levels from beginner to advanced
Daily progress tracking

3. Free and Premium Content

The App offers the first 3 levels free in both interval training and pitch recognition modes. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks all remaining levels and features.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through your Apple ID account via Apple's App Store
The premium unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase
All sales are final except as required by applicable law
To restore a purchase on a new device, use the "Restore Purchase" option in the App's settings

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by New Wave Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
